Office Renovation Project – 2000 m²

We are pleased to present our latest office renovation project, which involved the complete refurbishment of a wing of a building leased by a transport company. This project covers a total area of 2000 m² and was designed to meet the specific needs of our client.

Ground Floor: Dispatch Area and Communal Spaces

Dispatch Area with Triangular Desks
The client requested that the ground floor be dedicated to the dispatching part of their business. To facilitate communication between various teams, we installed triangular desks that can accommodate three workstations each. These desks have the advantage of being able to connect with each other, creating collaborative workspaces for multiple team members.

Reception Hall and Cafeteria
The ground floor also includes a reception hall to welcome visitors and a cafeteria to provide a comfortable dining area for employees.

First Floor: Executive Offices and Meeting Rooms

Executive Offices
The first floor houses the executive offices, featuring private offices that can accommodate 1 to 12 people.

Meeting Rooms
There are three meeting rooms:

One room with a capacity for 12 people.

Another room with a capacity for 10 people.

A third room with a capacity for 8 people, which is equipped with a high table to enhance the efficiency of meetings.

CEO’s Office Suite
The CEO’s office suite is divided into three parts: a meeting room, a private office, and a workspace. These three areas are separated by glass partitions equipped with Priva-Lite switchable glass. This innovative feature allows the glass to become opaque when necessary, eliminating the need for curtains or blinds.

Our team worked meticulously to create a workspace that not only fulfills the functional requirements of our client but also promotes a collaborative and efficient working environment. We are proud of the outcome and confident that this renovation will significantly benefit the company.
